Transferring know-how
The Acento Business Academy is our educational institution which we use for both internal and external tutoring of our employees, customers and partners. When we developed and activated Acento Business Academy, there were three main reasons for doing so. Firstly, we wanted to develop a homogenous internal business model for each client. Secondly, we wanted to expand our relations to our partners by increasing their internal competence. And thirdly we wanted to expand the relations to our customers.
