In fact, we never initiate new projects before the decision is approved by the management. Label Programs from Acento are the easiest and quickest solution for getting a partnership started. It is typically used in situations where there is uncertainty related to the potential of a sales financing solution, or in situations where the partner for some reason finds it inconvenient to start a joint venture company. Label Programs are positioned as completely integrated sales financing solutions.
Joint Venture
Our next level of partnership is a Joint Venture solution. Here we form a company that is jointly owned by the partner and Acento with the sole purpose of offering sales financing solutions to the partner’s existing and potential customers. Every solution is unique and can within weeks be created as turn-key solutions by Acento in all desired markets
Licensed Company
The last level of partnership is called Licensed Company. When a partner and Acento mutually find it strategically positive, the partner will have its own leasing financing company, with a bank/financing license - either operated by Acento or by the customer.
