Atea

Acento and Atea signed a contract to bulid 4 joint venture finance companies, one in each of the Nordic countries. Acento's mission was to build a new business unit "Atea Financial Services". The companies were started with a minimum of capital investment, and were profitable within a few quarters after they were established.

Atea  Financial Serives has been a great success for both parties and top management in Atea sees Acento as key to this development.

PSI Finance

PSI and Acento signed an agreement to establish PSI Finance in Norway and Sweden in Q2-2005.

The customers got a tailored financial solution and PSI has built a considerable portfolio of continous contracts with their customer base. This has resulted in examples of trade-in campaigns to their exisiting leasing customers where more then 200 cash-guard have been sold.

In 2005 less then 5% of PSI's customers in Norway and Sweden chose to finance their investments, whereas today the figure has reached 35%.
